Silver Birch makes it easy. Below are our fees.

At Silver Birch Psychiatry we strive to be in-network with most insurance plans and Medicare. We will work with you to check your insurance plan’s mental health benefits – leaving you with one less thing to worry about.

Insurances Accepted:

• Aetna, Cigna, Premera Blue Cross, Optum,
• Regence, First Choice Health, United Behavioral Health,
  Providence Health Plans,  Asuris, EverNorth, and Medicare.
  

At this time, we are unable to accept
Molina, Apple Health, Medicaid, or WellPoint insurance.

Please contact us if you have another insurance provider.

If you don’t have insurance, or are out of-network:
Our rate is $300 for new appointments and $150 for follow-ups.
*Sliding scale available for self-pay.
